An example of the workshop schedule is as follows:

  1. Presentation of sushi types;
  2. Presentation of utensils necessary for making sushi;
  3. Rice preparation overview;
  4. Overview and preparation of other ingredients;
  5. Presentation of making individual types of sushi;
  6. Hands-on training for participants, learning how to prepare:

– Hosomaki (thin rolls);

– Futomaki (thick rolls);

– Uramaki (inverted rolls with rice outside);

  1. Consumption of prepared sushi;
  2. Handing over the sushi course completion certificates signed with the name of the Sushi World Champion – Alon Than.
